1. The service
Fantasy Goals League (the “Service”) is a free-to-play fantasy football game. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- One account per person. Accounts created by bots or in bulk may be removed.
3. Free to play
The Service is free. There are no entry fees, stakes, or real-money prizes. The Service does not currently display advertising. If advertising is introduced, it will be non-gambling and family-appropriate, and will be handled as described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies (updated first). Nothing in the Service constitutes betting or gambling.
4. Fair play
We may suspend or remove accounts that exploit bugs, abuse rate limits, attempt to access other users' data, harass other players, or otherwise breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Game data & scoring
Match results, goalscorers, and appearance data are compiled from publicly available sources. We work to keep scoring accurate but do not guarantee that data is error-free or immediate. We may correct scoring retroactively where source data was wrong. Scoring decisions after such corrections are final.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its code are owned by Fantasy Goals League. Club and player names are used solely to identify real-world teams and players. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, the Football Association, or any club; all third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
7. Availability & changes
The Service is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or end (including between seasons). We may amend these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a free entertainment service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
